Ancient Spirits NY is an upstate New York craft distillery planned to be operated under the farm craft licencing category, which requires >75% of ingredients to be sourced from within the state. The distillery is dedicated to showcasing indigenous and native plantings unique to the surrounding micro-climate.

The project has been selected to highlight Elementals range and technical capacity in relation to the integration of complex processing systems.
