ACR Series

Elemental's Affordable Climate Resilient (ACR) series of homes are all custom architect-designed, site-specific, and fully turnkey - all for under $300 per square foot all-in.

Each Elemental ACR is a HOME that is built safely and securely to support a person's long-term relationship with their land and their community - cost effectively financeable and insurable over the life of the building.

An Elemental ACR is not a short-term stick-built, nor shipping container, nor standard plan factory HOUSE that won't stand the test of time, nor meet the challenges of an inevitably changing climate - which may result in the structure becoming uninsurable and/or expensive to maintain and repair.

Each brand new ACR home is rated for hurricanes, floods and wildfires, and includes a solar battery back up and water storage system to maintain energy and water independence during climate disaster or global supply risk events.

Each ACR project includes management of local approvals and certifications, and is guaranteed to be delivered, installed on a standard site and commissioned with a certificate of occupancy for the base price as detailed below within the state of North Carolina.

Additional logistics costs apply to projects in the adjacent states that we service of Virginia, West Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Our single bedroom, single bathroom studio home - with a base floor plan comprising 450 sqft. of conditioned space, and 150 sqft. of external deck - custom designed to each owner's requirements and unique site conditions.

1 Bed

Our single bedroom, single bathroom home - with a base floor plan with 700 sqft. of conditioned space, plus 200 sqft. of external deck - custom designed to each owner's requirements and unique site conditions.

2 Bed

A two bed, two bathroom home - with a base floor plan comprising 900 sqft. of conditioned space plus 250 sqft. of external deck - custom designed to each owner's requirements and unique site conditions.

3 Bed

Our three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home - with a base floor plan comprising 1200 sqft. of conditioned space and a generous 300 sqft. of external deck - custom designed to each owners requirements and unique site conditions.
