Elemental's WCR Initiative is a long term commitment dedicated solely to supporting the recovery and reconstruction activities of those areas impacted by the floods resulting from Hurricane Helene.
Our unique and proprietary approach typically provides for projects to be delivered in half the time, at less cost, and to a superior standard of climate risk managed quality, than traditional methods.

Owned, operated and led by App State graduates, we are in our 11th year of business as an NC licenced, EPA certified General Contractor with full service design and project management capability and capacity.
We are fully compliant with local, state and federal requirements including HUD, Davis-Bacon, Section 3 etc. We are triple minority HUB certified - and located within in the Piedmont Triad.
