18 North is a group of four premium villas located high on a remote island in the British Virgin Islands. Each villa is set across two levels and comprises a flexible configuration of three bedrooms either separated into master and standard suites to connected family and large group complexes. Each villa boasts an individual infinity pool together with a private Category 6 rated hurricane shelter.
The project has been selected to highlight Elemental's use of kinetic architecture to achieve hurricane sheltering certification and wildfire responsiveness.
