The Catskills Mountain Residence is a unique cantilevered building located within the Ashokan watershed that provides New York City's drinking water. The site is set within New Yorks "Forever Wild" region in close proximity to the Belleayre and Hunter Mountain ski resorts, as well as the cultural icons of Woodstock and both Thomas Cole and Frederick Church's Hudson River Art Movement sites.

The project has been selected to highlight Elemental's capabilities with regards ecologically sensitive sites and approach to management of the associated regulatory controls and compliance requirements.
