Shelta

Shelta is a set of rapid-response, fully self-contained modular infrastructure that provides emergency control, accommodation and services functionality to support disaster recovery efforts immediately post disaster.

The project has been selected to highlight two key aspects of Elemental’s capabilities:

Strategic global procurement using a combination of world leading German, Dutch, Chinese and Japanese energy production and storage and water treatment equipment for a tailored solution.
innovative financing solutions and geographical spread that provide municipalities with a way to hedge their emergency co-ordination responsibilities via a standby rate mechanism to improve the economics of recovery through the application of parabolic risk techniques
